I currently teach COMM 4790 Fundamentals of Real Estate Analysis at the McIntire School of Commerce at UVA.
This course lies at the core of both the Real Estate Track at McIntire, and the pan-University Real Estate Minor at UVA. The course introduces students who have a finance background to the real estate asset market. In this course, they are introduced to topics and themes from urban economics, corporate finance and investments that inform analysis and decision-making surrounding real estate asset investments and ownership.
Case studies are used to demonstrate how tools and concepts apply in more "real-world" settings, and the course often brings distinguished alumni as guest speakers into the classroom.

Previously, I taught RM450 Topics in Real Estate Investments at the Smeal College of Business of the Pennsylvania State University.
